About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically develop the sales territory in the Stuttgart area within the healthcare and aesthetics sectors
  • Sell pharmaceuticals and medical devices to physicians and pharmacists
  • Develop innovative strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs
  • Acquire new customers
  • Develop and manage existing customer relationships
  • Organize training sessions for physicians and medical assistants, as well as congresses and trade shows
  • Perform regional administrative tasks, including customer data maintenance and order management
  • Monitor the market and analyze sales statistics
  • Share market and sales analyses with Sales Management and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training or further education as a Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (IHK)
  • At least two years of experience in the direct sales of products requiring explanation and consultation
  • Passion for aesthetics
  • Strong learning ability and execution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Affinity for working with additional IT systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication and sales skills
  • Residence in the region is required
