About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Strategy function
  • Support executive leadership in defining, prioritizing, and cascading the function’s strategic agenda
  • Translate complex business problems into diagnoses, hypotheses, analyses, and action plans
  • Structure end-to-end strategic project direction, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, owners, and success metrics
  • Prioritize the function’s demands, distinguishing between what is urgent, important, and truly strategic
  • Lead tracking, governance, and decision-making rituals
  • Ensure the technical, analytical, and narrative quality of the team’s deliverables
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and templates to increase consistency across the function
  • Manage, mentor, and develop people, supporting the team’s technical and behavioral growth
  • Partner with stakeholders across different departments, aligning expectations and influencing decisions
  • Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment in strategic projects
  • Contribute to building a culture of excellence, ownership, critical thinking, and impact orientation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting, strategic operations, business performance, transformation, or related fields
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear plans
  • Strong analytical reasoning and a systemic view of the business
  • Strong ability to analyze performance indicators, develop hypotheses, and interpret data
  • Excellent executive communication skills, including narrative development, presentations, and recommendations
  • Experience with prioritization, governance, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with direct or indirect people leadership
  • Ability to create simple, scalable, and useful processes without adding excessive bureaucracy to the function
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Graduate degree
