About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently develop ideas, write scripts, and produce daily short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Film both in front of and behind the camera
- Build a recognizable creator persona on camera
- Portray everyday family-life situations, quick solutions, and honest perspectives based on your own family experience
- Systematically analyze comments, questions, and DMs
- Turn community signals into reply videos, Q&A content, and reaction formats
- Implement campaigns, promotions, launches, and feed-based giveaways
- Host webinars and other live formats
- Produce and deliver Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
- Appear in paid advertisements as a MetaFlow brand ambassador
- Build MetaFlow’s new channel for parents with busy schedules
- Make regular contributions to other MetaFlow channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience building at least one personal account
- Confident and natural on-camera presence
- Strong understanding of the visual language of TikTok and Instagram
- Proficient in mobile video editing, such as with CapCut
- Interest in nutrition, health, and weight management
- Understanding of family life and the ability to portray it authentically
- Apply with a short video of approximately 60–90 seconds
- Submit your account and/or content examples with your application
