About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Factory’s technical authority for software development and artificial intelligence
- Define and evolve the technology stack in alignment with company standards

- Contribute to the assessment, prototyping, and industrialization of new use cases
- Maintain an active technology watch on AI and software development topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as Power Platform or WeWeb
- Good understanding of generative AI principles and Machine Learning models
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Excellent command of Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent technologies
- Natural leadership and the ability to unite teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible terms
- Innovative mindset and strong technological curiosity
- Minimum 8–10 years of software development experience
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Application Architect
- Experience in a Factory, Service Center, or large-scale Agile organization
- Experience working on AI-enabled projects is highly desirable
