Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the health of e-commerce production systems
Detect platform anomalies using monitoring tools and initiate resolution actions
Manage incidents and the backlog using agile methods
Ensure communications related to anomaly management
Lead a squad and work in tandem with a business Product Owner
Prioritize anomaly fixes for developers
Manage incident resolution SLAs
Become the internal subject-matter expert for the scope and share knowledge
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Design enhancements to the information system
Participate in scoping activities and conduct functional analysis of requirements
Manage vendor roadmaps
Lead version upgrades and test plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of proven experience as an Application and Performance Manager or in a Level 2 / Level 3 application support role
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce
API Management skills
SQL skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with business teams, the Product Owner, and development teams
Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and responsiveness
Availability for on-call duties and a 24/7 operating environment
Professional proficiency in French is essential
Higher education in computer science, an engineering school, or equivalent
Strong background in agile project management, application support, and performance management for digital services
