About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new APIs
- Design applications from a technical perspective
- Ensure the reuse of existing components
- Contribute to improving the platform’s overall performance
- Participate in platform modernization, particularly through the adoption of new technologies and IT systems architecture
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews
- Develop and maintain software integration standards
- Validate software design
- Participate in the platform’s application operations (Run): monitoring, reporting, and regular maintenance
- Provide Level 3 support
- Coordinate a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders, department teams, and the end customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Java 11+: Expert level – Required
- Spring Boot 2+: Expert level – Required
- RESTful APIs: Expert level – Required
- Messaging (Kafka): Proficient – Important
- Fluent French (Required)
- Technical leadership and the ability to coordinate a team of developers
- Thoroughness in applying quality standards, IT systems architecture principles, and code standardization practices
- Strong interpersonal skills for close collaboration with various stakeholders, department teams, and the end customer
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and technology monitoring
- Tech Lead / Expert profile with extensive experience (10+ years) in software design and development, ideally gained in complex e-commerce environments
