About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications by combining Low-Code/No-Code approaches with traditional development
- Contribute to the design and evolution of applications developed with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Develop reusable, customized components using Power Platform Tools
- Help manage development, testing, and production environments on Power Platform
- Develop and maintain applications with Node.js and Vue.js, and Python as needed
- Contribute to the design and operation of PostgreSQL/PostgREST databases
- Write technical specifications and challenge User Story estimates
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and various Agile ceremonies
- Help ensure the operational continuity of developed applications
- Contribute to workload assessment and the preparation of project quotations
- Supervise and support less experienced developers, particularly by reviewing their specifications and sharing best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s methods, velocity, and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Low-Code/No-Code and traditional development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience developing customized components with Power Platform Tools
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and familiarity with Vue.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and PostgREST
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, ideally with GitLab
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Docker for deployments
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of Figma for UX/UI work
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile development environments
- Experience with WeWeb is a plus
- Proactive, autonomous, and open-minded approach
- Ability to adapt to varied technologies and environments
- Strong learning ability and an interest in innovation
- Ability to take a step back from one’s own expertise and challenge proposed solutions
- Strong listening, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
- Ability to support and help less experienced professionals develop their skills
- Proven experience in application development, ideally in environments combining Power Platform and Full-Stack development
- Experience working in an Agile environment with two-week sprints
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and ensuring the operational continuity of applications
- Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience
