About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform functional testing on the Ivalua platform
- Prepare and execute business tests and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and track anomalies through resolution
- Participate in ERP configuration and information systems transformation projects
- Work on Procurement, Finance, and Logistics processes
- Provide user support and manage tickets
- Support and train users on the solution
- Produce reports and perform various controls
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Ivalua required
- Ivalua Level 1 certification or higher required
- Good knowledge of Procurement processes
- Good understanding of Finance and Logistics processes
- Experience in functional and business testing
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies
- Experience identifying, managing, and tracking anomalies
- Experience in ERP configuration and/or information systems transformation is a plus
- Experience in user support and ticket management is a plus
- Fluency in French required
- French nationality required
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience
- Ability to work onsite two days per week in Le Plessis-Robinson
