About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through deployment
- Coordinate internal resources, service providers, and software vendors
- Support deployments across multiple sites
- Provide user support and advice
- Participate in the administration of systems, access, and permissions
- Contribute to information systems security and continuous improvement
- Serve as the operational point of contact for the Regional Head of Information Systems
- Take part in an initial phone screening, a technical interview, and a meeting with the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's to Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems/network administration, or IT project management
- Experience in a multi-site environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in VMware
- Knowledge of Zyxel network equipment
- Proficiency in MDM/EMM solutions (Samsung Knox, Intune, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in managing user access and permissions
- Proficiency in Asana
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of priorities
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and training skills
