About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and evolve the MuleSoft Flex Gateway platform
- Automate deployments and operational processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and its performance
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Support project teams in using and industrializing the platform
- Contribute to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps best practices
- Participate in the recruitment process, including phone screenings, technical interviews, and client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in Terraform
- Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes environments
- Knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps practices
- Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD tools
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments
- Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell
- Solid experience in platform administration, automation, monitoring, and incident management
- Expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway or MuleSoft platform administration is highly desirable
- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in complex, international environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- DevOps mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar roles
- Higher education in computer science, systems, cloud computing, or a related field
- Fluency in English is essential
