About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and enhance business applications
  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Contribute to Low-Code / No-Code projects
  • Work on Full-Stack development (Node.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL)
  • Write technical specifications and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Conduct testing, code reviews, and production deployments
  • Participate in application operations and ensure applications remain operational
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and internal clients
  • Estimate workloads, contribute to proposals, and participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Support and help junior profiles develop their skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience in Power Platform and/or Full-Stack development
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Initial experience supporting or supervising developers is a plus
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Node.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL / PostgREST
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Technical curiosity
  • Ability to make recommendations and drive initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Interest in knowledge sharing and mentoring
