About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze business requirements for new spares and/or repair flows
- Draft business requirements and functional specifications (business analysis)
- Participate in functional design and configuration in SAP SD and SM/CS
- Ensure integration with the FI, MM, and PP modules
- Prepare and support user acceptance testing: test plans, defect tracking, and business validation
- Provide functional support: incident resolution, enhancements, and user assistance
- Work with international stakeholders in English
Requirements
What you’ll need- SAP AMOA technical expertise: business analysis and functional support
- SAP modules: SD (Sales and Distribution), SM/CS (Service Management / Customer Service)
- Integrations: FI, MM, PP
- Business flows: new spares and/or repair (MRO, new parts and repair)
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or MRO
- Fluent English (international industrial environment)
- Functional analysis
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong ability to synthesize information
