About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a development team dedicated to an MES application for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to the methodological framework.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to track and prioritize the backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to support team performance.
- Monitor Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the transformation of applications onto the Mendix platform.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Scrum Master certification required.
- Proven experience in an Agile environment with development teams.
- Knowledge of MES applications and industrial challenges.
- Professional fluency in English required.
- Experience with Mendix is a plus.
- Good understanding of C#, .NET, and PostgreSQL environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Natural leadership and the ability to unite teams.
- Active listening, coaching, and change management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
- Higher education degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- A software development background is highly valued.
- Experience with industrial or MES projects is highly valued.
