About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain virtualized infrastructures in operational condition by diagnosing failures and malfunctions
Configure and size platforms according to required performance levels
Industrialize target architectures and automate the configuration of technical resources (CI/CD)
Implement and administer monitoring tools to ensure high infrastructure availability
Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform
Ensure data backup, access security, and the reliability of deployed solutions
Participate in technical validation phases during production releases and upgrades
Keep technical documentation up to date and enhance it as needed
Collaborate with OPS, DEV, QA, and Release Management teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in computer science or a related field
At least 10 years of solid experience in a similar DevOps / SRE role
Infrastructure: VMware vSphere, Windows, Linux (Expert level – required)
Proficiency in Docker and proven experience with Kubernetes (required)
Expertise in monitoring tools: OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Dynatrace (Expert level – required)
Strong knowledge of microservices architectures and their management (Advanced level – required)
Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
Knowledge of networking protocols, F5 NLB, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Vault, IIS, and Nginx
Proficiency in PowerShell and Python
Experience with public cloud, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQL Server, SonarQube, and test automation is a plus
Ability to work with OPS, DEV, QA, and Release Management teams
Professional proficiency in English (secondary requirement)
Availability to participate in a rotating technical on-call schedule, supporting 24/7 platform availability
