About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and maintain the network infrastructure (EVPN/VXLAN, Cisco Nexus, F5)
- Provide N2/N3 support and resolve complex network incidents
- Perform platform health checks, analysis, and diagnostics
- Lead network changes in accordance with ITIL processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and documentation
- Collaborate with the Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced to expert-level knowledge of Cisco EVPN/VXLAN
- Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, PIM, and VRF
- Experience with Cisco Nexus / NX-OS
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, WAF)
- Knowledge of OpenStack Neutron
- Network security and segmentation skills
- Network monitoring and traffic analysis skills
- Experience with automation using Ansible and Git
- Knowledge of ITIL / ServiceNow
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Thoroughness and adherence to procedures
- Ability to manage critical incidents
- Team-oriented mindset and strong service orientation
- Good communication skills in French and English
- Minimum 7 years of experience in network operations
- Proven experience in a production environment is required
- CCNP Enterprise/Data Center and ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus
- F5, Fortinet, or OpenStack certifications are a plus
