About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and deploy the Domain’s test automation strategy and roadmap
Lead projects, including workload planning and tracking
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor regression testing coverage, script reliability, and productivity gains
Design test automation architectures and frameworks
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives
Develop UI, API, and mobile automation scripts
Ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines
Explore and deploy relevant use cases for generative AI and agentic platforms throughout the automated testing lifecycle
Actively participate in the QA Chapter
Provide technical guidance and challenge automation teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory expertise in UFT One, Selenium, and Playwright
Strong Java proficiency
Expertise in UI, API, and mobile automation
Test automation framework design
CI/CD integration
Professional proficiency in English (a secondary requirement)
Natural leadership, complete autonomy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Rigorous, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to provide technical guidance and challenge automation teams
At least 10 years of overall experience in software quality assurance (QA) and test leadership
At least 8 years of experience in automation, with demonstrable achievements
Experience and training in software quality assurance and test automation
