About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expertise in the ULYS/Sopra ERP system to business and IT teams
- Analyze and resolve incidents, as well as functional and technical issues
- Participate in ERP environment enhancement, convergence, and optimization projects
- Provide support, ensure operational continuity, and transfer knowledge to internal teams
- Collaborate with business, IT, and client teams as part of this strategic assignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in the ULYS/Sopra ERP system, with several years of significant experience
- Strong functional and technical analysis skills
- Experience in support, operational maintenance, and ERP project management
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments and IT transformation contexts is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to share knowledge and support team development
- Recent, hands-on experience with the ULYS/Sopra ERP system is essential
- Experienced to senior-level profile, able to become operational quickly
- Experience in social housing or in IT systems consolidation/convergence projects is an asset
