About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver the technical development required to enhance the Netwrix Identity Manager (Usercube) platform
- Develop and maintain source and provisioning connectors
- Design and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
- Configure and enhance IAM workflows
- Develop interfaces with the various applications in the information system and automate IAM processes
- Manage integrations with Active Directory and LDAP, including the handling of identity objects and data
- Implement and maintain provisioning and deprovisioning mechanisms
- Use and integrate REST APIs in various development projects
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical incidents
- Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, change records, and documentation of completed developments
- Participate in technical workshops and work closely with IAM experts in an Agile environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in development on Netwrix Identity Manager (Usercube)
- Solid experience developing source and provisioning connectors
- Proficiency in PowerShell and automation mechanisms
- Good knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP environments
- Good understanding of provisioning and deprovisioning mechanisms
- Proficiency in REST APIs and integration challenges involving information system applications
- Experience configuring and developing IAM workflows
- Ability to collaborate with IAM experts and various technical teams
- Analytical mindset and ability to resolve technical issues
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions and workshops
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Commitment to documentation and knowledge sharing
- Significant experience in IAM development, ideally with Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager
- Practical experience developing connectors, automation, and integrations with directories
- Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience
