About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training across the store network in South Australia and Western Australia
Coach team members on the shop floor to improve customer service, sales skills and product confidence
Create practical, engaging and easy-to-apply training programs and learning resources
Partner with store leaders to identify capability gaps and drive development initiatives
Support new team member onboarding and ongoing skills development
Build strong relationships across the store network and provide ongoing coaching and support
Travel regularly across South Australia and Western Australia, spending equal time supporting stores in each state

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering engaging retail training programs
Strong coaching and facilitation skills that drive behaviour change
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Ability to influence, engage and inspire a wide range of audiences
Understanding of retail, customer service and sales principles
Self-motivated and comfortable travelling across South Australia and Western Australia
Product knowledge within hardware or tools would be beneficial
Training and coaching experience highly regarded, particularly experience building team confidence, improving customer interactions and driving stronger sales outcomes
