Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading the design efforts for one or more successfully shipped or successfully downloaded online or mobile products
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX work and ability to explain design decisions and compromises
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Ability to use prototypes as a means of communication
  • Comfort with command-line tools and code editors
  • Understanding of UI best practices
  • Ability to balance polished interfaces with deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate persuasively across diverse audiences and organizational levels
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Interest in new apps, design tools, industry events, and side projects
