About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define digital product and service solutions with different disciplines in a highly collaborative environment
- Contribute to planning, conducting, and interpreting primary and secondary research
- Inform user interaction and visual direction through interviews, usability evaluations, concept validation, and usability testing
- Contribute to planning collaborative workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams, and lead sections as appropriate
- Create experience artifacts including archetypes, customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystems, design artifacts, and prototypes
- Take ownership of the area of expertise to elevate and carry forward the project vision
- Support opportunity framing with clients and experience strategy and experience design projects
- Impact Method through common missions that better serve projects, people, and the world at large
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in design research, digital strategy, digital product design, and/or service design
- Portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in understanding complex business problems and solving them with an appropriate mix of pioneering and pragmatic approaches
- Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Design (product, visual/interaction, architecture, industrial), Human Factors, Engineering (mechanical), or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate work and its intent to teams and clients
- A unique point of view and willingness to question approaches, processes, and strategy
