About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Construction Integrated Management team
- Monitor and control service measurements, tracking receipt and approval progress
- Receive, review, and enter invoices into the system, ensuring data consistency and compliance with deadlines
- Open requisitions for partner contracting and monitor the progress of requests
- Create purchase orders and monitor billing release approvals
- Track deadlines for reports and document submissions, following up and aligning with the responsible parties
- Organize and monitor administrative deliverables, keeping controls up to date and flagging outstanding items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work outside regular business hours
- Experience with financial management in construction projects is a plus
