About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Knowledge of architecture and complementary disciplines (foundations, structural engineering, electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.);
  • Knowledge of healthcare facility sizing, workflows, and regulations (RDC 50, NBR 9050);
  • Collaborate on client-provided designs;
  • Assist in identifying and defining project scope;
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information;
  • Break projects down into actionable tasks;
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage schedules and costs;
  • Analyze risks and opportunities;
  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
  • Coordinate BIM projects and teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning;
  • At least 7 years of proven experience as a project coordinator in the healthcare sector;
  • Experience managing people;
  • Experience managing projects from concept through delivery;
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (required), as well as ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro.
