About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Contracts and Portfolio team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients to understand the scope, timelines, and costs of services provided.
- Coordinate process alignments and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Monitor operational deliverables and drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Monitor contract performance through financial analyses, including revenue and CAPEX/OPEX costs.
- Negotiate contractual claims and requests with clients.
- Identify new opportunities with clients to expand the service portfolio.
- Facilitate communication between operational teams and clients.
- Manage direct and indirect teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing construction works and/or projects.
- Technical knowledge of building projects and construction.
- Availability for on-site visits to clients and the head office.
- Knowledge of project and process management.
- Experience in financial management is a plus.
