About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee all stages of construction—including foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishes, and final handover—in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas
- Monitor construction schedules and support physical and financial planning
- Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among all parties
- Participate in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure technical and strategic alignment
- Conduct site inspections and technical surveys to support the preparation of detailed construction and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with good construction practices, occupational safety requirements, and execution quality in accordance with applicable ABNT and NR standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for project review and visualization
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work outside regular business hours and travel
- Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector is a plus
- Personal vehicle for travel to construction sites is a plus
