About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee all stages of construction projects—including foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishing, and final handover—in São Paulo and surrounding areas;
- Monitor construction schedules and support physical and financial planning;
- Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency;
- Coordinate suppliers and construction companies, ensuring effective integration among suppliers;
- Participate in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and construction companies, ensuring technical and strategic alignment;
- Conduct site inspections and technical surveys to support the preparation of detailed construction and as-built documentation;
- Ensure compliance with good construction practices, occupational safety requirements, and execution quality standards in accordance with applicable ABNT and NR standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for project review and visualization;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Availability to work outside standard business hours and travel;
- Experience managing retail construction projects is a plus;
- Personal vehicle for travel to construction sites is a plus.
