About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide employment law advisory and litigation support for the company as part of the in-house legal team
  • Lead and monitor employment-related judicial and administrative proceedings, including drafting legal submissions and defense strategies, researching case law, and handling all procedural stages and levels of jurisdiction
  • Oversee the evidentiary phase in full, arranging the necessary documentation and information
  • Organize and participate in hearings and legal diligences
  • Provide employment law advisory services to internal departments, including Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management
  • Draft legal opinions, technical memoranda, internal policies, legal risk assessments, and reports
  • Support internal training programs and initiatives aimed at preventing legal liabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Postgraduate degree in Employment Law and Labor Procedure is a plus
  • Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) required
  • At least 4 years of experience in employment litigation
