About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the escalation point within Support for complex system and API issues
  • Use log analysis, database queries, API testing, and scripting to diagnose root causes
  • Investigate and troubleshoot .NET (C#) and/or Node.js applications
  • Review logs, trace application behavior, and reproduce defects in lower environments
  • Create and manage detailed JIRA tickets with reproduction steps, logs, technical findings, and recommended fixes
  • Write scripts and tooling to automate repetitive troubleshooting and reduce time-to-resolution
  • Identify recurring issue patterns and drive permanent code-based solutions
  • Build and maintain internal support automation, diagnostic tools, and workflow improvements
  • Communicate status updates, timelines, workarounds, and resolutions to end users and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, application support, or a similar hands-on technical role
  • Experience working with or supporting .NET (C#) and/or Node.js applications
  • Comfortable reading application code, debugging system behavior, and writing scripts or lightweight tooling
  • Working knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs, and tools like Postman or curl
  • Familiarity with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Solid understanding of web applications, system integrations, and troubleshooting across distributed environments
  • Strong communicator able to translate technical findings for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be based and work in the US
  • Exposure to Git, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
