Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, integration, and deployment of secure, scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions tailored to federal mission requirements
Design and implement enterprise integrations, advanced Service Catalog capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven enhancements
Oversee release management, code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with NIST and FISMA
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Facilitate requirements workshops and technical design discussions
Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and design gaps throughout the development lifecycle
Evaluate platform capabilities, optimize performance, and recommend modernization improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance
6+ years of designing and leading the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms across enterprise modules
6+ years of experience translating business goals into scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that have improved workflows, productivity, and service delivery
3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and overall ServiceNow best practices
Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
