About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and review electrical designs, communication architectures, diagrams, bills of materials, and other technical documentation
- Analyze and interpret single-line, three-line, logic, interconnection, and communication network diagrams, as well as technical documents applicable to automation and power solutions
- Plan technical activities, defining the resources, materials, and requirements needed to execute projects
- Prepare descriptive specifications, calculation notes, technical reports, procedures, and other engineering documents
- Support the specification and configuration of metering, protection, control, and automation equipment
- Perform basic parameterization of devices, power analyzers, relays, meters, and communication equipment using manufacturers’ software
- Participate in the installation, development, and customization of energy monitoring and management solutions, including Power Monitoring Expert
- Support the Sales and Contract Management teams with technical information
- Prepare progress and status reports for managers, coordinators, and contract owners
- Travel and conduct site visits as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in electrical engineering projects, automation, power systems, telecommunications, or related fields
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial networks, industrial communication protocols, and energy management systems
- Knowledge of Modbus and other communication protocols commonly used in industrial networks
- Experience with SCADA systems, such as Elipse, SAGE, RTAC, and SICAM
