About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and technology
- Gather requirements from business areas for the development of digital solutions
- Develop automated workflows
- Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence agents to optimize internal processes
- Develop integrations between corporate systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms
- Participate in defining the architecture of the organization’s automation and AI solutions
- Deploy solutions and monitor their adoption by user departments
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials related to implemented solutions
- Ensure compliance with information security guidelines and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
- Research trends and new technologies related to artificial intelligence, automation, and corporate productivity
- Continuously propose improvements to increase the organization’s operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields
- Solid experience in process automation, digital solution development, systems integration, and digital transformation
- Technical English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand manuals, datasheets, technical documentation, and equipment specifications
- Reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
- Knowledge of testing frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Knowledge of systems integration techniques
- Knowledge of software interface usability
- Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET, HTML, and CSS
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Completed or ongoing higher education; a degree is required when registering for the position
