About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings
- Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement needs
- Develop individualized plans of care supporting safety, independence, and functional progress
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams
- Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools
- Build a caseload around preferred schedule, service areas, and availability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Physical Therapy or related PT degree
- Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
