About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately maintain all aspects of the Archtics/Ticketmaster event programming
- Support property box offices and show partners with programming in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain and monitor the size of ticket blocks, ticket prices, and inventory of all ticket outlets
- Maintain functionality, content, and marketing promotions on all property websites
- Monitor functionality of systems and interfaces for all ticketing operations and advise management
- Conduct random shops of all channels to ensure rate integrity and competitive set as required
- Monitor available inventory and advise management of potential revenue opportunities and recommended allocation changes
- Assist in development, daily preparation, and communication of managerial reports for tracking, analysis, and monitoring of ticketing
- Perform event programming, including event building, ticket types, hold classes, ticket templates, confirmation templates, service fees, promotion and wholesaler inventory, allocations, and internet links
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Architics or an equivalent of training and experience
- 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 6+ Months of prior relevant experience working with any ticketing system preferred
- Experience in Entertainment and/or Ticket Office preferred
