About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute a focused sports sponsorship strategy for an assigned portfolio of properties
  • Direct activation and hospitality frameworks across brand marketing, omnichannel media, premier hospitality, and onsite experiential activations
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on sports business trends, competitive benchmarking, and emerging activation platforms
  • Identify, vet, and build business cases for new partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with sports leagues, franchises, athletic talent, and agency partners
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on cross-promotional value, events, sports visitation, and brand loyalty
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs and contractual delivery
  • Coordinate campaign valuations, ROI analyses, and recap reports
  • Negotiate and commercially structure sponsorship agreements
  • Manage contract lifecycle workflows, inventory allocation and fulfillment, account documentation, and executive presentation materials
  • Establish, forecast, and manage operational and activation budgets
  • Lead, manage, and develop a junior team, including performance targets, evaluations, and workload allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of prior relevant experience in entertainment, sports, events, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in partnership management or a similar sports, resort, entertainment, or sponsorship setting
  • Experience with Invite Manager and KORE Konnect
