About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the department's business processes
Complete daily departmental tasks and audit daily work for integrity
Resolve discrepancies and report them to management
Support, develop, and maintain communication and relationships with internal customers, including business units, operations, and property CFOs
Identify customer requirements and consistently meet them
Participate in the development, design, and measurement of assigned projects
Ensure analytical and control activities operate effectively within the department
Participate in measuring, developing, and improving customer service quality and efficiency across the Finance Shared Services Center
Participate in LEAN training and provide continuous improvement ideas
Support company strategies and business plans
Adhere to department policies and procedures to support successful internal and external audits
Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and innovative ideas
Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions
Work in a cross-functional team environment to implement and maintain business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Word) and Adobe software, including constructing spreadsheets, use of formulas and formatting — Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management — Preferred
1+ years of prior relevant experience in shared services environment and/or process improvement — Preferred
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays — Preferred
Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language — Preferred
Experience working in a similar resort setting — Preferred
Gaming registration/work permit/licensed in all applicable jurisdictions as required — Preferred
