About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to clinic leaders on core HR disciplines, including retention, leaves, accommodations, performance management, exits, and employee relations
  • Directly manage and provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Human Resources team members
  • Navigate HR matters through detailed analysis, research, solution development, and implementation
  • Apply sound judgment and methodical problem-solving to simple and complex people matters
  • Lead employee relations investigations, document accurate and thorough information, and partner with stakeholders to drive appropriate resolutions
  • Present assignments and projects timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with the SVP, Human Resources on multiple matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience supporting leaders at all levels and across multiple US states
  • Prior HR experience in large- to medium-sized organizations, including the healthcare industry, preferred
  • Direct management experience overseeing Human Resources Business Partners, Employee Relations Specialists, or similar HR professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve simple to complex employee and organizational matters through thoughtful, methodical analysis and sound business judgment
  • Outstanding grammatical writing skills and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Up to 10% travel required when business needs necessitate it
