About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate as brand ambassador, reinforcing brand standards and vision across the estate.
  • Ensure the highest customer experience across all channels, internally and externally.
  • Monitor monthly VM execution in stores, providing guidance, training, commercial strategy advice, feedback and photos.
  • Complete monthly DVM administrative tasks, including photo decks, store visit reports, whereabouts and weekly feedback.
  • Submit weekly recap reports and monthly creative CompShop ideas to the Regional Visual Manager.
  • Participate in weekly team conference calls and annual VM summit.
  • Lead wider projects with VM team members, internal departments and external partners.
  • Lead monthly store walkthroughs with store management.
  • Support planning and installation of seasonal market campaigns across EU showrooms.
  • Support new store openings and relocations, including planning and installation during handover week.
  • Organise and host VM training for stores and the district.
  • Plan and deliver structured training-focused store visits.
  • Support monthly floorset installation and establish planning, feedback and follow-up processes.
  • Identify and train field VM talent and support recruiting and onboarding of in-store VMs.
  • Plan and implement monthly floorsets and analyse store performance to adjust product placement.
  • Support Store Managers with commercial product placement and local VM strategies.
  • Conduct joint visits with District Managers to identify VM and product opportunities.
  • Create and oversee Visual Strategies supporting quarterly District Managers’ business strategies.
  • Identify layout, grading, fixture review and commercial action opportunities.
  • Tailor Brand VM directives to relevant markets and support local projects, seasonal concept doors, pop-ups, product trials and showroom setups.
  • Deliver innovation projects focused on new display techniques for EU and Global use.
  • Develop ideas for sustainable props, fixtures, POS communication and display techniques with VM project partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience working on a similar role, or managing VM in a flagship store.
  • Experience working for a trend-led, premium, fashion-focused businesses.
  • Great planning and organization skills.
  • Great ability to work in partnership with other retail functions.
  • Ability to deliver VM training to store teams in the territory, both physically and virtually.
  • Experience with analysing KPI’s and derive action plans from them.
  • Fluency English is mandatory, other languages beneficial.
  • Ability to travel (approx. 40% of time in the home city, 60% travel)
  • Awareness of industry trends and market specific customer profiles.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative, commercial and people focused skills / competencies.
  • Be a passionate and highly creative individual and able to consistently deliver visual excellence in our stores.
  • Be willing to continually grow, develop and learn new skills. Interest in a career path within the retail industry.
  • Have sound IT (Microsoft) knowledge. Outlook, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
