About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical subject-matter expert in Intelligent Automation, driving process transformation through RPA, Artificial Intelligence, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with high potential for operational gains and business value creation.
Lead end-to-end automation projects, from opportunity assessment through solution implementation and continuous improvement.
Define the best technology strategy for each process, combining RPA, AI, integrations, and other solutions as needed.
Apply AI capabilities, including Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent document processing, to increase the level of process automation.
Establish standards, governance, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable automations.
Monitor automation performance, drive continuous improvements, and ensure the delivery of business results.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, sharing knowledge and strengthening the organization’s Intelligent Automation capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
Advanced English proficiency.
Solid experience with RPA, including the development and support of enterprise automations.
Experience analyzing processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Knowledge of APIs, SQL, Python, JSON, and systems integration.
Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of databases and automation architectures.
Familiarity with OCR and intelligent document processing.
Knowledge of solution architecture, development best practices, security, and automation governance.
Ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate results, and recommend new automation technologies.
Preferred: knowledge of AI agents and Generative AI, and their application to process automation.
