About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and retain your customer portfolio
- Promote and sell Michelin products and services
- Manage orders and ensure their follow-up (availability, lead times, deliveries)
- Respond to customers’ commercial, technical, and logistical inquiries by phone and email
- Serve as a liaison for the field sales teams
- Represent the Michelin brand and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with the field sales, logistics, and technical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are bilingual in French and Dutch
- You are comfortable using IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- You enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and versatile
- You have a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
