About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Level 2 business support to users for the processes and applications within your scope of responsibility
  • Challenge, qualify, and prioritize operational requests and issues
  • Resolve requests and issues according to their priority
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), with IS/IT support where necessary
  • Monitor the operability and performance of processes and applications on a daily basis
  • Verify the implementation of data quality controls
  • Verify the correct use of processes and applications
  • Empower and train Business Support Analysts (BSAs)
  • Train users together with Process Engineers and BSAs
  • Facilitate the functional business network in Europe
  • Participate in the testing, design, piloting, and deployment of processes and tools
  • Validate the various Target Operating Processes (TOPs) based on testing, documentation, and training
  • Escalate process and tool enhancement needs
  • Validate the team’s contributions to projects
  • Support RT Order Management processes for the European replacement market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in supply chain, business, or logistics
  • Minimum B2 level of English
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Interest in tools and data analysis, particularly Power BI
  • A successful initial professional experience is preferred, where possible
  • Operational or engineering experience in the Order-to-Cash domain is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify risks, and assess impacts
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly
  • Comfortable addressing cross-functional challenges
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Curiosity, initiative, resilience, and strong learning ability
