About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and validate restaurant information
- Manage restaurant photographs and information surveys
- Quality-check content ahead of publication
- Prepare publication of MICHELIN Guide selections
- Provide prompt, professional responses to readers and restaurant professionals
- Ensure new selections are ready ahead of key publication deadlines
- Maintain existing restaurant selections
- Work with international editorial, digital and customer service teams
- Manage production of printed guides, including final proofreading
- Provide operational support to the Inspection team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Digital confidence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working command of English
- Experience in editorial, publishing or content coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry or lifestyle publishing is an advantage
- Proficiency in French would be useful but not essential
