What you’ll need
  • Current or future engineering graduate for 2026–2027
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical & Process Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through work or project experience, intra/extra-curricular activities, and/or volunteer work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
