About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize logistic planning and shipment operations in compliance with customer commitments, balancing service level, costs and stocks
  • Plan and optimize loads according to delivery dates, filling rates and customer requirements
  • Analyze and treat anomalies
  • Organize transportation, including chartering and slot booking
  • Ensure availability and compliance of transport, billing and Customs documents
  • Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies
  • Monitor delivery execution and compliance with delivery timescales
  • Alert relevant partners regarding events, delays or service failures and engage in solutions
  • Apply corrective actions in relevant applications
  • Inform and follow up with relevant partners
  • Apply current methods and work instructions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods, results and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields
  • 2-3 years experience in Export-Import or Supply Chain/Logistics fields
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skill
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork
  • Proactive, with ability to handle various stakeholders and unexpected challenges
  • Business proficiency in English and Thai language
