About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop people continuously, accounting for organizational needs and individual aspirations
- Align team efforts with overall strategic goals
- Participate in daily and weekly leadership ceremonies, including scrum of scrums, WIN calls, leadership calls, governance meetings, and demand management

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience with Ping Identity, including Federation & Access and PingAM
- Understanding of LDAP directory services
- Understanding of identity protocols and standards: SAML2, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos
- People-management experience, including direct or indirect line management
- Stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of IAM/IGA
- Ability to optimize delivery and ITIL processes
- Experience integrating product lifecycle management
- Software craftsmanship and generative AI mindset
- Ability to align project and operations deliverables with strategic goals
- Risk identification and mitigation across multiple projects
- Security-first mindset
- Ability to foster technical excellence and continuous learning
- Ability to participate in leadership ceremonies, governance meetings, and demand management
- Ability to define vision and purpose, organize a domain, engage teams, and apply IAM strategies
