About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, direct, and perform electronic/electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximize production while assuring product quality standards
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Coordinate and participate in preventive maintenance activities
Establish machine repair priorities
Input and manage maintenance management database data
Understand and troubleshoot machinery in assigned manufacturing areas
Interface with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Support functions
Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures when working on equipment
Progress technically in a timely manner to achieve job-level expectations
Assess the impact of maintenance repairs on quality, uniformity, and productivity
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance affecting tire uniformity and quality
Perform duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree in EET, MET, Mechatronics, or similar curriculum OR 3 years experience in Industrial Maintenance OR Military Experience in a maintenance discipline
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24 hour manufacturing operation
Technical knowledge of electronic/electrical and mechanical maintenance
Understanding and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery
Ability to perform Lockout/Tagout procedures
