About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and produce high-quality editorial content for the MICHELIN Guide
  • Help grow and retain an engaged audience
  • Develop editorial strategy with the Global Editorial Team, MICHELIN Guide Selection Team, Tablet Hotels Team, and regional sales team
  • Adapt the MICHELIN Guide’s global strategy to the Americas
  • Source, assign, edit, write, and produce culinary and travel articles for the website, mobile apps, newsletter, and other digital platforms
  • Develop branded content and sponsored articles for B2B and B2A partners
  • Support regional sales and marketing teams, including content production for MICHELIN Guide ceremonies
  • Maintain editorial standards, values, integrity, and consistency for North American written materials and website content
  • Edit in-house and freelance articles, including substantive editing, copyediting, and proofing
  • Facilitate freelance collaborations, assignments, briefs, drafts, contracts, payments, and deliverables
  • Write and update articles based on new MICHELIN Guide Selections
  • Oversee production schedules for editorial and sponsored content
  • Build and update articles in the CMS
  • Ensure multimedia assets are delivered and implemented
  • Supply CRM and social media teams with copy and headlines
  • Optimize production through resource allocation, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in editorial, content marketing, and digital content creation
  • Experience engaging and retaining aspirational, high-end, and luxury audiences, especially those passionate about gastronomy and exploration
  • Experience sourcing content and coordinating freelance relationships and deliverables
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Strong sense of confidentiality required
  • Hybrid work schedule
