Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bid specifications and drawings
  • Ensure all requirements are understood for successfully bidding, winning, and executing projects
  • Aggressively follow up with subcontractors to obtain quotes in a timely manner
  • Work independently while applying strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Support trenchless construction and rehabilitation projects with minimal surface disruptions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience working on trenchless construction projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field is desired but not required
  • Estimating experience in construction industry is desired, with heavy preference for experience estimating trenchless construction projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AutoCAD, HCSS, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam is desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Willingness to work independently
  • Organized and professional
