About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze mission requirements and develop technical requirements, implementation plans, and verification criteria
- Engineer and integrate military health IT capabilities across enterprise network nodes
- Assess system dependencies, interoperability, capacity, and operational readiness
- Support OCONUS theater mobilization, site readiness, and technical deployment activities
- Resolve complex system issues
- Maintain requirements traceability and engineering documentation
- Connect operational requirements with systems engineering, integration, and OCONUS mobilization activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with military health IT systems and enterprise network nodes
- Demonstrated experience supporting OCONUS theater mobilization
- Ability to develop clear technical requirements and coordinate across engineering and operational stakeholders
- Proven experience managing personnel deployments
- Experience navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT)
- Experience coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility
- Active Secret clearance
- Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance
- Assigned DCWF role: 641, Systems Requirements Planner, Intermediate
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent
- Microsoft Engineer/Architect certification and CCSP or CFR or FITSP-m or GSEC or Sec+ or SSCP or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications must be satisfied before independently performing duties requiring privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions
- Technical and OCONUS readiness on the first day of performance and continuity throughout the assignment
