Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply MEDXS architecture expertise to engineering, integration, and sustainment activities
  • Analyze application, infrastructure, network, and database dependencies
  • Evaluate proposed system changes for compatibility and operational impact
  • Support installation, configuration, testing, and validation of approved changes
  • Diagnose system problems
  • Maintain architecture diagrams, technical procedures, and configuration documentation
  • Support the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission across distributed operational environments
  • Coordinate solutions with engineering and operations teams
  • Manage personnel deployments and coordinate host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expert-level knowledge of MEDXS system architecture
  • Ability to evaluate system interfaces, dependencies, and operational impacts
  • Ability to communicate technical findings and coordinate solutions with engineering and operations teams
  • Proven experience managing personnel deployments, navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance
  • Assigned DCWF role: 632, Systems Developer, Intermediate
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent
  • CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC, or Microsoft Engineer/Architect certification or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications must be satisfied before independently performing duties requiring privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions
  • Technical and OCONUS readiness on the first day of performance and continuity throughout the assignment
