About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and grow Midas’s communities and presence on relevant social platforms
Create platform-native content and conversations that drive engagement and strengthen brand affinity
Identify and engage advanced investors and community leaders
Write educational content for advanced investors about Midas products, including use cases and risks, without hype or hard selling
Introduce product launches to the community as useful information
Run a feedback loop based on members’ product questions and difficulties
Measure community health through active contributors, retention, discussion quality, follower numbers, and engagement
Turn community insights and metrics into next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience growing a community or social account from zero, ideally in finance, crypto, or another technical niche
Knowledge of X, Reddit, and Telegram, including platform mechanics and trust-building practices
Clear, sharp written Turkish
Good written English is a plus
Familiarity with options, warrants, VİOP, and margin trading, or ability to learn and explain them accurately, including risks
Ability to earn the trust of experienced traders; existing relationships in Türkiye's trading community are a strong advantage
Ability to distinguish education from investment advice and know when to consult compliance
Data-driven decision-making; ability to set metrics, interpret them, and adjust strategy
Comfort working without a playbook, owning work end to end, and collaborating with product, design, and compliance
